Frank needed to renovate his residential home in time for the Chinese New Year. The family wanted interiors that had to be thoughtfully designed — modern, durable, and accommodating specific needs like a home office, modern laundry, kitchen, and storage options.

The comprehensive customised fit-out demanded a seamless approach to manufacture, ship, and install during the busy Christmas season, while ensuring daily living continued without disruption.

Ünterro streamlined the project by coordinating with Frank's interior design partner in Perth, who was already familiar with Ünterro's product and colour range, to provide guidance on product selection and space optimisation. Using Ünterro's online platform, the design and fit-out package was finalised to suit Frank's customised needs, with materials chosen for their elegance and durability, including 2 Pack PU paint for doors and porcelain benchtops.

To ensure the fit-out process was minimally invasive, Ünterro streamlined the project by managing the order, coordinating delivery to Frank's home, and organising an installation plan with its channel partner. The customised order was delivered in flatpack and installation was completed with one day to spare before the New Year. Ünterro's customer service team was available each day to Frank and our partners to ensure a seamless process.
